TV Guide Online reports Roger Davis on DAYS OF OUR LIVES. . .

From TV Guide Online:  Days of our Lives: Roger Davis portrays a deliveryman who arrives at St. Luke's Church on Dec. 24 and 27.

Does anyone know if this is OUR Roger Davis?  I've set my VCR just so I can check it out.

I went to daysofourlives dot com, they didn't mention anything...

Perhaps his lines will go like this...

Roger (dials phone)

(Rings, answer)
Roger : I   uh, I uh

Girl on phone: Yes?

Roger: Yes, yes. Is this 1313 Elm Lane? I have a driver ready to make a delivery. Is there anyone at your address now who can sign for it.

Girl: Well, I'm getting ready to leave. Tell the driver there is no one here to sign for it.

Roger: So, uh, what do I tell the driver?

Girl: Tell him there is no one here to sign for it !


He should have this scene down.

Later he delivers the package, and sits down. The shades fall down and the door drops off the hinges.
Calmly he says, : I bet you love having company during the holidays.

Merry Christmas Roger, wherever you are!

I caught part of today's epi (Dec. 27).  Sorry to say, our messenger was not our favorite hair tugger Roger Davis.

Maybe he's Roger Davis Jr - I know he's pretending to hold a cell phone but it could just be an excuse to touch his hair!!!   [santa_wink]
