My Left Knee /ot

Hi all just wanted to say that I did something to my left knee it's. all swollen up getting
X-rays done on it next week. Love Anne 😁

Hi all went to the docs with my knee I just have Arthritis in it

Not (or should I say "knot") to say that it's good news that it's "just" arthritis, Annie, but at least that's better than something far more serious!  Isn't it a "pain," Annie, to get older?

Glucosamine, sold in the vitamin aisle, is a good, less toxic alternative to anti-arthritis drugs.
