I Love DS!

Well, this is the LAST INSTALLMENT until I watch more episodes of DS.  I hope you enjoy reading this. :D

By the way, I hope I haven't blown it by not putting more "spoilers" in my other posts.  I certainly wouldn't want to spoil any surprises for anybody, especially since I HATE SPOILERS MYSELF!!

Episode #105 -
I thought it was GREAT when Burke and Sheriff Patterson worked together to trick Roger into unearthing the pen.
:) It's one of those great moments in the soap opera world.
Now I know why Burke went back to Bangor - to get Blair's pen.
;)

Episode #106 -  Having seen Hugh Franklin playing a doctor on "All My Children", it was refreshing to see him playing another professional person - a lawyer.  He actually was getting on Sheriff Patterson's nerves with his interruptions. :P Roger really needs to have a better attitude - he is so "high and mighty".

Episode #107 -
Well, it looked like Roger had an alibi for the time when Vicki was attacked by the car.  I don't think the culprit was Sam, either, because he wouldn't have had a key to Vicki's room. --- It was a VERY EXCITING ending - with Matthew pushing the urn off the Old House roof, narrowly missing Vicki!
:o I couldn't wait to see what would happen in the next episode! ;D

Episode #108,111, and 112 -  THESE WERE THE MOST EXCITING DS EPISODES SO FAR!  :D They were thrilling!
Vicki figured out that MATTHEW was the killer, and Matthew reluctantly tried to kill Vicki!  I was really touched by Frank's apparent concern for Vicki - a woman he had just met a few days before.  Cutting back and forth between Liz, the sheriff, and Frank  AND the cottage with Vicki and Matthew - was very exciting!  I was on the edge of my seat!
These were classic episodes with great acting by Alexandra Moltke, Thayer David, Joan Bennett and Conrad Fowkes.
I thought it was great that Liz was able to figure out it was Matthew by listening to Frank's questions.  He must have been a GREAT lawyer.
--- By the way, I must mention that this was the first time that DS episodes were pre-empted - due to Thanksgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving.  So there were NO episodes #109 and #110.
It was interesting a few episodes ago when you were wondering why Matthew was in a tizzy about somethng - I hadn't realized you'd learn the truth so soon!!!
