There are several Cousins here in Sunny Florida including moi! So Far so good for me at least. But again the storm is going to hit Orlando , home to the Central Florida Dark Shadows group. Please send Patrick, CynD and the rest of CFDS good thoughts.

I thought Northwest Florida was going to get lucky again, but the storm track changed sometime over night & it looks as if Francis is going to blow into the gulf after slamming the peninsula and head right up here to Pensacola!

Guess I may be experiencing my first real hurricane after all!

 You can say that again!  Now there's a new hurricane (Ivan)heading their way!  Those poor people, my heart and prayers go out to them!

Hey Lady, it was good seeing ya in NY and I'm looking forward to seeing you and several other of the Central Fla. fan club members next month whilst I'm in Fla. I spoke to CynD last night, and she finally had power restored from this most recent hurricane. Along with Patrick, it has been a tough few weeks for our cousins down there, but they are enduring and still making plans to get together on Oct. 16th for a fan club meeting and then attending Halloween Horror nights at Universal Studios.

Thanks Bob, it was good to see you too in NY. We had a great time didn't we? I am so glad that we are going to be able to all get together again when you come down! I think we will have a blast at Universal! See you next month.

Central West Coast checking in. This was a bad storm more than 12 hours of hard wind/rain. My sliding glass doors took a beating. We were very lucky only two trees down and lost power for only 24 hours not 33 like last time.

I heard Orlando got hit pretty bad, have not heard from anyone else from there as yet. My daughter's home there is OK THank heavens!

Thank you for the lighted candles, prayers and good thoughts sent our way. I hope our other cousins and fellow DSfriends are ok as well.
