just curious really, but who are the lady and gentleman above and below Roger?
There's not a man on my ottoman, there hasn't been one in weeks.

Heh, heh!  Yes, the character is Mr. Jarrett and he contributes one of the funniest bloopers to the show.

I wonder how many funeral homes there are in Collinsport...........with Morticians like Mr Jarrett, no wonder there are so many spirits at Collinwood...... :'(
