Skeletal OT

Circa 1979, on a syndicated channel (back when there were only 6 channels).
I happened upon a movie where a guy and a girl in a liferaft?? come across a ship.
They go on board...no one's around...finally, after whatever....it's inhabited by SKELETONS!!
(I see some of you post that werewolves were your spooky thing; mine has always been skeletons. I happened to:
a) just gotten home from a funeral
b) was all alone
c) yes, there was thunder and lighting
d) was stoned, so....
Anyway, I can't believe I've never come across this movie since then.
Has anyone ever seen it? It's not a new movie, I'm thinking circa 1974.
Thanks,
Patti

I've never seen the movie, but just had to chime in on the skeleton thing! This is strange, but I always had this recurring nightmare when I was a kid that I would wake up in the middle of the night and get out of bed to find a skeleton in our bathroom! It had just a few strands of hair and it would be standing in front of the mirror combing it--I know, weird! I've always wondered what it meant! Anyway, I know what you mean about skeletons being scary!

Could be DEATH SHIP, but I doubt it...
You might try posting this on the Mobius website
www.mhvf.net
on the science fiction/horror board.
There's a good group of people that can usually be counted on to identify it.
I'm going to go out on a limb and guess its a TV movie, simply because the imagery is not familiar, and I've prided myself in seeing tons of 70's horror films...
