My favorite TV witches were Aunt Clara and Witch Hazel. Aunt Clara was the only relative of Samantha who showed any love and affection for Darin and he returned it (even when she messed things up). And when Witch Hazel would do her cackle and run or fly off and leave a trail of bobby-pins in her wake I'd bust a gut laughing.

After Cassandra and Angelique, I loved Witchiepoo. She was just so outrageous.
Endora was an early favorite, of course...
