Kosmo deserves some kind of award for ability to find out the most obscure details about the casting of any given film. Was Rimmer's face even seen on camera and did he have any lines at all?  He has a very distinguished roster of credits from the golden era of the 1960s and 1970s under his name on IMDB.

If I remember correctly, he did voice work on cult series THUNDERBIRDS for Gerry Anderson and that is usually the focal point of his appearance at such functions.
