662:  Thayer VO, once again giving us babble about time and space.  What barriers of space is Barnabas breaking?  Did he invent warp drive?  Welcome back, 18th century. 

I see no purpose in Barnabas sending Joshua to Bangor, other than that this explains why Louis Edmonds isn't in the episode.  It always seems strange and funny to me, when the effect of Joshua's not being there is that Ben gets to recite Joshua's lines in the scene with Nathan, almost verbatim.  I don't see Josh and Ben making the same word choices...

Barnabas changes the crossbow scene, materializing unseen behind Forbes, and grabbing him by the throat.  End.

Welcome, Vicki 3.0. Vicki [played by Carolyn Groves, who actually looks a bit like Alexandra Moltke and even more like Kate Jackson, who will appear a long, long time from now] is asleep (wearing her red gown) in her cell. Barnabas materializes beside her cot and permits himself the pleasure of stroking her hair gently. He tells her that he can save both her and Peter.

I suppose LE was off doing something else, and that's why Ben got Joshua's lines. In the present, Roger is away in England.

I always thought she was more like the real Vickie than the steamroller effect   Durkin portrayed.

Caroline Groves, was it?  She didn't seem to get much of a chance to show she could act, if she could.  She seemed to be a placeholder.
