TALISMAN OR RELIGIOUS MEDAL?
« on: March 07, 2002, 04:44:45 AM »
That medallion given to Barnabas by Angelique before the duel looked similar to the medal of Saint Pierre used in an earlier episode. Perhaps another case of a reused prop? ::)
It is a good day because I am still ticking!

Decided to add this to my message.  A test for all devout DS fans is to name another time a prop was reused. The traveling quilt may not be an answer.Let's see who can list the most!

The Petofi box sits in the table in the hallway of Collinwood in several storylines.

The prop skeleton appears several times, first as Rev. Trask, then as Eve, and finally as Wanda Paisley.

There's an Egyptian ankh amulet that is used as protection from witchcraft in 1968 and 1897.

Numerous blue candles...

Still thinking....   ::)

Most people around our ages would be flattered to be assigned that term, Ringo! [lghy] But if it's a comfort to you, you're only a "Junior" in terms of the posts you've made since the forum launched last week. ;) The stages members go through range from DSF Newbie, DSF Junior Member, DSF Full Member, DSF Senior Member, and finally they achieve the lauded status of DSF God (YaBB dreamed up these names, not us). The posts needed to achieve these plateaus is based on a geometric progression (I'm sure we all remember those from Algebra and/or Calculus class [scrm]) that ranges from 26 posts to, well, that would be telling... I can't win this one for sure.  But, if you count cameras, microphones, booms and slow moving or absent minded crew well....   ;D Another thing I've noticed are parts of sets (almost entire rooms) showing up in different storylines.  For instance, the paneling on Angelique's wall will be around for awhile.
“There is something haunting in the light of the moon; it has all the dispassionateness of a disembodied soul, and something of its inconceivable mystery." ~ Joseph Conrad
