I voted for Laura (1967). It is one of my favorite storylines. A beautiful, mysterious woman arriving on the scene she makes an ideal ghoul as the phoenix legend unfolds.

I voted for Laura '67 also. The first is always the best, IMHO. Her first episode was fabulous - pure soap opera perfection (and in black & white yet!).

Well, the voting seems to have ended, but I would have gone for Leona Eltridge.  Not only is she a regular scream, I've always been convinced that "she" was really "he," which means I might have actually GOTTEN somewhere with my "Ms. Ideal Ghoul."  (I know I'm a sick puppy...)

In terms of acting, the 1967 Laura wins, hands down.  I just packed my DS tapes and I have some episodes from her storyline as aired on Sci Fi that I haven't watched yet.  I'm looking forward to watching those once I'm moved.  "New" DS episodes are always wonderfully soothing to my frayed nerves.

Well, wasn''t the questioning round fascinating? What a refreshing change from wanting world peace and to help the homeless and the elderly. Leona and Eve, both delighting in the joys of murder. Vamp Ang's bite-'em-and-leave-'em attitude. PTAng's desire to suck the life out of every man. And Laura - it sounds like you'd better stock up on that lighter fluid.

Talk about girls who just want to have fun!!

But if we can get serious, the time has come to announce the judges decisions. May I have the envelopes, please?!
