Cozi TV: New Retro Digital Network: Home For DS?

Cozi joined the airwaves yesterday in 11 markets, including NYC, Los Angeles, San Diego, & here in San Francisco.
More markets are being added on Jan 1.

These retro channels are popping up all over the place. And according to Cozi TV's Web site, it seems to already be available in my area. I'll have to see if I can check it out...

As for DS, though, I continue to wonder if Worldvision is still asking an arm and a leg for the broadcast rights for DS and if that isn't what's keeping it from joining any of the retro channel's line ups?

ME TV said they don't want DS because the tape quality is poor.
Antenna TV says they're interested.

After what NBC Uni did to Cloo, Sy Fy & Chiller, I'm wondering of Cozi will remain retro for long?
