I read the AMC article and it listed a site for OLTL. This site said (among it's returning characters): Todd. (Did not say 'faux-Todd', 'Todd-lite' or any other disclaimers, but, hey, that's the fun with soaps!!)

That's true. Roger Howarth was in Stamford for about a month. He will eventually go back to General Hospital. But he will be playing another character (yet to be named), not Todd Manning. Prospect Park currently owns the character but the actor is under contract to General Hospital/ABC. Could we see Todd back on OLTL? Sure, anything is possible. But I wouldn't expect it anytime soon.

Just saw a preview of the new OLTL on YouTube. OMG!!! It looks really good, as polished as anything that ABC ever did. There are a couple of surprise romantic pairings that I won't spoil but the sight of Tuc Watkins in a white Travolta disco suit makes this a must!

ABC announced today that the three OLTL actors will return to General Hospital on May 10th. Just in time for sweeps, duh. The announcement was vague as to what characters they would be playing.

Very interesting development in the OLTL/Prospect Park situation. While Roger Howarth will be back on General Hospital soon, he will appear on OLTL as Todd when his schedule permits. Negotiations continue with Kristen Alderson, so an appearance by her later on does not seem totally out of the question.

Don't know about Michael Easton.

I don't go to YouTube very often, but I was intrigued to see the preview.
Yeah, one could say that the 'new' OLTL will be more adult and provocotive. It looked a little racy...

With the return of AMC and OLTL only days away, Prospect Park has filed a $25 million lawsuit against ABC for breach of contract. The suit claims that ABC did not live up to the terms of the original licensing arrangement. As a gesture of good faith, ABC was allowed to borrow several OLTL characters for use on General Hospital. Two, Starr's boyfriend and infant daughter, were killed off immediately, derailing whatever plans Prospect Park had for the characters. Another character, Tomas Delgado, who never appeared on General Hospital, was revealed to be a GH character in disguise.

Then there's the ongoing matter of Todd, Starr and John. None of this can't be explained away on camera. I've seen much loonier plot twists over the years. But this promises to be one of the juiciest court cases since Hunter Tylo sued Aaron Spelling.

Yeah, they filmed their first batch of episodes and will be in the Stamford studio on or about May 20th.

Did you know that Robin Strasser has a hot line number? The unsinkable Ms. Strasser has a call-in number where you can listen to her stream of consciousness dialogue on whatever pops into her head. She changes it periodically, so you never know what she's going to go on about. Last week, she tried to explain how to get Hulu Plus started on your computer. Absolutely hysterical.

This week, she discussed her first encounter with Richard Simmons for a tv show that had him playing her mother. In full drag.
