i haven't watched either series regularly in decades and i doubt i'll watch them this time around either...

but this pleases me. i felt terrible when all those people lost their jobs for the reality dreck that replaced these shows. i hope it all works out.

How about what web site/address?
Yesterday, when I visited Prospect Park's site, it mostly mentioned the on-line for LAST YEAR'S (including the plan to NOT visit their option).

The shows are supposed to start running in April, Patti. I haven't seen anything about Web addresses. But as the start gets closer, I'm sure the URL(s) will be highly publicized.

The OLTL reboot will pick up the story about a year or so after the last episode aired on ABC. During that time, a major storm came through town causing major flooding and much damage. This will explain why the town will look different; all of the sets were dismantled last year. 

In theory, they could use this to explain the changes in Pine Valley also, as both shows were set in the same general area in Pennsylvania but I'm not sure where All My Children is going to pick up the story.

Looks like the custody fight between ABC and Prospect Park has accelerated. Negotiations about the use of the three OLTL characters is getting rather nasty. Michael Easton, who plays John McBain, announced that after February 8th, he is legally forbidden to appear on General Hospital. Presumably this will also apply to Roger Howarth and Kristen Alderson.

That's show business, I suppose.

And, it has since been announced that Roger and Kristen will not be taping any more episodes of GH after February 8th. The show tapes well in advance so the characters will be on screen through some time in April.
