Robert Gerringer (Dr. Woodard #2)?

I'm in the process of watching my DVD's.  I'm on the second set and I'm curious if any of you know some other shows/movies Mr. Gerringer appeared in. He looks familiar to me and I know I didn't watch these episodes when they originally aired because I would have only been seven.

I really like him in this role.  In my opinion he defined the role.  The first actor who portrayed the good Dr. was only in I believe two episodes.  The third actor was in probably five or six episodes and he took over the role only because Mr. Gerringer wouldn't cross the picket lines of some strike that was going on in late September, early October of '67.

I'll admit the murder of Dr. Woodard didn't bother me as it should have because I just didn't like someone else in that role. It just didn't ring true to me.

Does anyone know if Mr. Gerringer is still alive?  If so he would probably be in his eighties or nineties.

Thanks,

Murph

Hey, no problem but thank Stuart Manning for starting the site and keeping it updated. He's a member here, too.
