Sometimes I post within the 120 second window, (I thought this had been fixed/resolved??)

I get the error message...I click back, cause I would just wait, but the message .....goes.....away.....??

What should I do??

That will never be resolved because it's intentional. The 120 second setting is there so a spammer can't come to the forum with one of their tricky pieces of spamming software and flood the forum with posts, the way they do on too many Usenet newsgroups.
