Nora and Kitty

When I saw Nora the other day, I thought maybe this scene was coming up. Upon seeing the title yesterday of today's Robservations, I knew it would be today.
I just love these scenes. Just as I think David is at his best when he's possessed by Petofi, I think this scene is the best thing that Denise does. And that parting "Lady Hampshire" is my favorite moment of it!

I have to agree with you about these scenes with Denise Nickerson. What a terrific actor she was. However, I'm watching the pre-Barnabas episodes and these are my favorite David scenes. He was fantastic as the troubled, dysfunctional little boy who plots his father's murder. Right now I'm watching the Laura-Phoenix episodes and he's totally mesmerizing as you see him coming under the control of his mother. By the way, I have to say that these are also my favorite David Ford scenes.

Yes, when Nora did "Lady Hampshire" and left for bed, it was perfect.
It sort of reminded me of Rhoda in "The Bad Seed"

I was also struck by how quickly Denise N was growing up at this point--adolescence is fast man! . . .at first she seemed so tiny as Amy and now she's getting bigger fast . .soon to be off turning purple but that's another story .. .
