As a member in good standing in TLATKLSAS, just print the closeup of her from the montage  [lick] , and get a few good hits off the gas bag, and everything will be OK!

Good luck, and sweet (young thing) dreams![8371],

Thanks, everyone!  I'm going to spend the entire weekend afterwards enjoying my codeine euphoria hallucinating about KLS (in whatever character) nursing me back to health by feeding me chicken soup and reading me dread-time stories.

Gerard,

Wishing you smooth sailing and a rapid recovery.
May your back problems be behind you from here on.  (Jeez, that was bad).

Gerard,

A pharmacology-induced "sensuous reverie" about KLS.  As SNL's John Lovitz would say: "Yeah, that's the ticket!"

Bob the Bartender, who, will only be imbibing Coors Cutter, non-alcoholic beer, this pre-St. Patty's Day weekend.  (Yeah, right!)

I want to wish you the very best of lucky in your surgery, Gerard.  I had back surgery myself nearly 30 years ago.  I bet they use anesthesia, sterile instruments and everything now!   :D

Praying for you, thinking about you--take that painkiller and zone out, buddy!

Love, Robin

Oh yes.  As an IV drip, even.  Of the opioids... morphine is 10 x more potent than codeine (I'm talking mg for mg).  Then there's oxycodone (in Percocet and Vicodin, woo hoo) which is about 1 1/2 x the potency of morphine.  Hydromorphone, i.e. Dilaudid, is 5 x more potent than morphine.  I'll stop there, Gerard, cuz we're getting into la la land territory. ;)
