not able to hit index -- use links

The little folder index (when you are in a folder or looking at New Postings) e.g.
Dark Shadows Forum
 ******* Discussions
  Testing, 1, 2, 3. . .

 

Etc. . when i try to use it, i get this error message

Error #1: ""
"/perl/yabb/YaBB.pl"
The URL with which you're trying to enter Dark Shadows Forums will no longer give you access. From now on please use the following URL:
http://www.dsboards.com/

and please update your bookmark accordingly.

Then Julia99, READ MY NO FAIR MB WAS RIGHT.
Cause I was having this anytime I hit home or back & forth between boards (general discussions to testing).
as soon as I uninstalled my firewall (norton...AND THIS PER MICROSOFTS RECOMMENDATION), I've NO more trouble.
