And, Magnus - did you mean to say the bleeder valve stole Burke or that Burke stole the bleeder valve? Either way could easily be something to expect from you!

So I figured it was Rodger taking or at least for last line. 

Seems like it’s Carter is saying Mrs. Stoddard is chewing on his shoulder to stop him from getting answers and drunk Rodger is explaining his theory.

However it’s just Carter talking then he’s sharing his theory  . . . Maybe the nibbling has caused delirium through blood loss or a zombie virus is the cause of delirium through.
