Set-up:
Vicki's unfortunate need to go out wearing only her trenchcoat, even when her life's in danger, made it far too awkward for her to go to Sheriff Patterson with her suspicions.   What was really ridiculous and unwise was that she was planning to ________ right before meeting Burke...
