How many of us have huge Barnabas tattoos? I suspect probably none. Probably no DS tattoos at all. And we call ourselves fans?!

 

I know a fan who goes by the alias Barnabas Frid who has numerous tatts of Barnabas/Jonathan Frid on her leg and arms.

I'd love to get the DS title card logo tatooed on my back, but I'm not sure I have the cojones to deal with the pain!

THAT is awesome!!!  I saw someone once who had a tat of Barnabas as he appeared on a HODS poster (the image of a fanged Barnabas where he's holding Maggie).  I've thought about getting a DS tat.  One image I considered was the Basil Gogos Barnabas cover from Famous Monsters of Filmland.  The other idea I had was to take late fan artist Warren Oddsson's images of Barnabas, Angelique and Quentin and have a b&w tattoo  done of the three of them.  Ultimately, I decided not to do it because I feel a little weird about having real people's faces tattooed on me.  Cartoon characters, etc. are fine but I can't do actors etc.  I actually have three tats, all spooky in nature.

i'd like to get mrs.johnson tattooed on one arm and a jar of mayonnaise tattooed on the other.

My parents were tattoo artists so why I haven't got any yet I don't know, my older sisters do, done for them by my Mom, but she sold her equipment before I was of age to get one myself. I always planned to get my SD DS characters of Barnabas and Quentin tattooed on me.  (I have like 50 of those written out but not drawn. I should get crackin')

This was for a friend a couple years ago, that's Chris in the middle, her other favorite character.
