According to the Dark Shadows wiki, the Burke Devlin special is an unspecified mixture of fruit juices that Burke invented as a kid. He served it to David several times in his hotel suite.

I would not be at all surprised if the ingredients of The Burke Devlin Special changed depending on who was being served.

([pointing-up]  Yes, I remember the drink Burke made for David. Though for this topic I was thinking more of a meal than a drink because diner specials tend to be meals.  [santa_smiley])
