This is an interesting project! I've thought about doing this myself a number of times, and even wrote an outline for a new story. Not sure if I still have it or not!
Given that you're asking for a title in the first place, I'm assuming that you don't just want to simply use "Dark Shadows". If you're redoing DS, then I'm guessing you have a fresh approach to it in some sort of way. Whatever your focus is for the show, that's what your title should be based around. The original series was supposed to focus on Victoria Winters and her journey to find out who her parents were. "Dark Shadows" represented not only the darkened corners of Collinwood and the Collins Family, but also the absence of knowledge of Vicki's past. So the title was multifaceted.
There are tons of things you could go with--"Collinwood", "Collinsport", "Collins", "Victoria", etc etc....but do any of those really represent the true meaning of the show? I'll put my brain on it and see if I can come up with something.
