Setup:

Cameraman: This ledge isn't really wide enough for both the camera and me.  Could we get some scaffolding here?
Dan Curtis: That's not in the budget, so here's what we'll do instead: ________

Dan Curtis: That's not in the budget, so here's what we'll do instead: the first AD will stand on the shoulders of the second AD and you'll stand on his shoulders - then Lela will stand on the shoulders of my assistant and Lela will hold the camera up!!
