THEN AND NOW

Interesting that David Collins suggested he might someday become a doctor in today's episode. What career or profession do you think (having some background knowledge) would suite David any why? Or will he just stick with the Cannery business?

He probably won't have to work. I know someone like that who lives with a rich uncle. He only works if he feels like it.

I suppose that he and Carolyn would inherit the business and jointly operate it.  If he were to break away from the family business, perhaps he could be a mystery writer!!  Certainly he has enough boyhood experiences to draw upon!!  <g>

I would think that David might become a mechanic--or a paid assassin.

I always believe that David would grow up to be like his father, but worse.  Probably have some wife he annoys because he would be in the business and probably treat Carolyn badly, since I really dont see Carolyn totatly involved in the family business.

Since he has so much first hand knowledge from living at Collinwood and also has quite a bit of experience with dealing with ghosts & spirits on a one to one basis,
perhaps he could become a good Parapsychologist or something more along those lines.  He's quite a "Pro" at it already!  [ghost]

I was thinking he could be one of the paparazzi ... sort of a hobby for a rich man's son who doesn't really have to work ...  :P

I think he has the right idea....as he grows older he will find a mentor in Dr. Hoffman and grow up to take over Wyndcliff. Especially since he will then be able to stay at Collinwood all the time!

Or he could follow in Daddy's footsteps. What exactly does Roger DO anyway? He can "go to the office" when he feels like it and go on lots of business trips.
