It's very rare?  Harvard has the old VHS in their library.

I think this movie is better than most would say.  A Gothic plot, great dialogue, creepy camera work from Lang and Natalie Schafer--what more could one want?

I think it qualifies as rare: the VHS release is 20 years out of print. It's never been on DVD, hardly ever airs.
38 year old Joan is stunning , and it is VERY creepy!

I was so aggravated but at least I caught the last hour by accident! She was stunning and it seemed like a precursor to Shadows. I am really into Joan lately and been watching her movies. I just read THE BENNETTS in three nights!  I couldn't put it down.  Now that was a book.  The Bennett Playbill was so glossed over and dodgy!
