Do you think Barn is missing some of the vampire perks now that he is human?

Like turning into a bat?
Being able to fly?
Being able to stay awake all night?
Those cool fangs?

When he's human he is privileged to sleep in a nice comfy bed. I don't think a coffin is conducive to a good night's rest.

Unless you're meaning was that Barnabas might still sleep in his coffin while he was human, shouldn't that be "day's rest"?  ;)

And according to much vampire lore (and more or less the vampire lore DS goes by), the vamp is dead during the day, so presumably all he/she can do is get rest - well, at least in the dead sense of the word.  ;D

That's right, both of them chose to remain with him long after the blood bond was broken on Willie. Julia stayed out of love and Willie out of loyalty. And they both chose to do whatever he wanted, for both of them their sun rose and set on him. When he was a vampire their moon rose and set on him.
