Did Vicki say "cell" phone?

I've watched this scene over and over again .. as Vicki runs up the stairs, looking for Roger, encountering Julia, does she actually say Roger must've turned OFF his cell phone?? Were there cell phones in 1970??? Whattaaatttaa??

No.  . if you recorded this watch it again ..  .and listen closely. . i've done so on and MPI tape and today's taped version .. . its very odd, really. . .she does say *** phone. . .

ok, I checked it again a couple times and I can safely say that there's a "T" in there somewhere, so the closest I can get is "tellphone".  It is strange though as Vik thought that Roger "turned it off", and last time I checked it was a bit unusual for people to turn off (unplug I guess) their home phones.  It's also strange that she called Roger directly and not the house in general (do they have multiple phone lines?)...  sort of bizarre either way.

My husband also thought that she said cell phone.  

We always say that Roger reminds us of my husband's brother, who is just as pompous, so we really cracked up when she said he turned off his phone.  That's what he does at night, he's too important to disturb.
