Grayson Hall - gone but never forgotten
« on: August 08, 2010, 06:44:57 AM »
Good evening cousins,

Please join me in remembering our dear Grayson who departed our world 25 years ago on Saturday.  May her spirit live on forever.  God bless, dear lady.

God bless you, Grayson.  You were part of what made Dark Shadows so very special. Rest in peace.

A great talent gone to soon, but at least future generations will enjoy her work, and that's one hell of a legacy!

I was traveling yesterday (day trip to Northampton) and everytime I would see a screen in a train or bus station flashing the date, it made me think of her and how it's been 25 years.

I can't imagine life without Grayson's legacy.  As an artist, as a woman, as one of the great eccentrics--she was one of a kind.

Rest in peace.

Wow, I completely forgot it's the 25th anniversary of her death. Time flies. But then, some part of me often forgets that many of the DS stars have passed because they're still so much a part of our lives here on the forum...

I read somewhere that you die three times: first when you physically die, second when the last person who ever knew you dies, and third when your name is spoken out loud for the last time ever.  I figure it's going to be a very long time before Grayson Hall dies the third death.
