When I attended the festival in Anaheim, there were two items I found I had to purchase: sunscreen, and a sweatshirt. The evenings were quite cool and windy!

Long airflights can also get quite chilly, so I would recommend a jacket or long-sleeved shirt to carry along in case you need it. This time, I'm hoping a light jacket will do the trick for both evenings and the flight, and a couple of long-sleeved shirts for air-conditioning.

Remember that most airlines are charging an additional $25 per checked suitcase each way.

As I recall, dress for the banquet is not exceedingly formal. I don't recall too many suits and ties, but someone please correct me if I'm wrong! While I admire the well-dressed attire of Barnabas and Quentin in the 1970s (suit and tie) and the era when people dressed up even when flying, I admit I like the comfort of somewhat more casual ware on all but the most formal occasions.

I've seen casual to almost black tie at the dinner so just wear what you feel comfortable in.  I'm not doing the banquet this year but in the past I've just worn pants and a blouse. One year I was so uncomfortable in the dressy outfit I chose to wear to the banquet that I ran up to my room and changed in between salad and entree.

Just packed my sunscreen!! I am soooooooo ready~

I've been to East Coast banquets before, so I know what to expect.  My bags are practically packed, and I've included shirts of different sleeve lengths.  I will be wearing a windbreaker on my trip, but with my skin tone, sunscreen is the last thing I need in California!  On the other hand, I may get some shades.......

I see that it's supposed to be 96 degrees tomorrow, upon arrival  [ghost_smiley].

I'm having a really hard time knowing what to pack ...

The suspense is killing me! Can't wait to hear some fun feedback about the DS reunion. I hope someone remembers to seek out a Don Briscoe T-shirt for me.
