A Year End Thank You To Our Mods!

I have thought about this for a few days and I thought some may think I am trying to kiss a@$ or brown nose but I am not!  I just wanted to thank our mods for all their hard work this year! I have been a member of this forum since I found out about the Johnny Depp movie project! I basically joined to lurk and find out about the movie news.  However, I have truly come to love this place and have met some wonderful people here!  I am a member of several forums and there is NON that are ran so smoothly and nicely.  This a friendly place where we all can be ourselves and talk about the one thing we all have in common DS! We may not always agree but everyone is so civil, kind and respectful of one another and that is really hard to find on the net.

So I want you to join me in thanking our mods who work tirelessly to keep this board running smoothly and provide a safe haven for us to come and talk about Dark Shadows! Thank you Midnite, MB and Dom for all your hard work this year!  We love you guys!  Thanks for providing the best Forum I have ever been a part of.  I feel like we are all family here and I count each one of you special.  LONG LIVE THE DS FORUMS!!!!!!! [8_2_59]

I agree the mods are great-- as long as you don't mind getting called out for failing to say "spoiler" regarding basic facts about the show (look out! better use the spoiler feature if you ever talk about Barnabas Collins being a vampire!!!!), and having your curing abilities permanently taken away (without warning, or any notification at all for that matter) because you cured 3 people in a row while you simultaneously get nailed with a bunch of cures for announcing that

Burke Devlin never returns to the show
[/spoiler]

to a group of people who probably already knew that.  

Anyways-- Merry Christmas to the entire board!

Thanks so much Midnite, MB and Dom. I can only imagine how hard you all worked making this Forums Board the best on the internet. There must be so many behind the scenes stuff that you do to make it work that we are not even aware of. Thanks again for putting so much of your time and energy on behalf of all of us. 2010 should be a great year for Dark Shadows fandom and I hope 2010 will be great to you and to all the cousins.
