I don't recall any DS actors appearing on Honey West offhand, but 16 magazine "fave rave" Bobby Sherman appears as a wayward teen rockstar. This was before Sherman had actually hit it big with the boppers.
Thanks for the reassurance on
Honey West, Gothick and Sandor. I only have vague memories of the show (do remember having the doll -- excuse me, action figure
). Found all the books remaindered when back in Jr High or HS, and enjoyed them (there're here in the house SOMEWHERE).
LOL on Bobby Sherman (who seemed to alternate with the DS Hunks on 16, as I remember it) guesting on the show way back when. Never was much into him in those days.
Finding early stuff by actors is always a hoot. I'm very glad that in the first frantic webcrawl that came when I first rediscovered DS a few years ago, I ran into MsC.'s DS Alumni site. Wonderful resource -- saved a LOT of the work it took, pre internet, to find early obscure guest star roles by the Trek actors, for example. (Blessings on the archivists at the Lincoln Center Library for the Performing Arts, whose collection was one of the better, though time consuming, methods of finding such things in those dim, dark pre-internet days.
)
Speaking of which, I got a bug in my head this past weekend and was watching Classic Trek. Is it just me, or does William Campbell (Squire of Gothos) bear a more than passing resemblance to Dennis Patrick?
Oh and for anyone who wants "before they were famous" amusement, check out the episode of the Partridge Family where Laurie's date has a crush on her mom. Said date is played by Harrison Ford. There's also his ep of Ironside, done in 1966, where he looks all of 14.
