Dark and soapy

I don't usually watch soaps (DS the exception), but I heard that some had introduced supernatural elements in their storylines?  If anyone knows of any, can they comment, please?  :)

Hey!...I will give you one right off the top of my head.PASSIONS!PASSIONS,PASSIONS!... ;D If you want supernatural, then Passions is the soap for you.The only downside to this is that Passions' supernatural elements are usually humorous and are not near as serious as the stuff on DS.I watch the show...trust me,it's almost like a cartoon, but for some reason i just can't stay away from it.The other is Port Charles..they occasionally have supernatural themes...theirs are serious though. :-/

Days of Our Lives had a possession story line a few years back with one of the main characters being taken over by the devil.

One Life To Live also had a sequence some years back where a character went to heaven, meeting up with some of the show's deceased characters.

Regarding Passions and Port Charles, in my opinion none of their supernatural storylines come close to capturing the magic of Dark Shadows!

Doesn't Days of Our Lives now have a ghost in it?  I don't watch it, but I read a mention of it in a TV Guide.

Days of Our Lives had an exorcist thingy going on, or at least that's what it looked like on the previews they were airing.

Another World did a couple of ghost stories and IIRC they had the beginnings of a vampire plot that they mercifully killed.

Guiding Light did ghosts too (Reva was supposed to be one).
