Anything negative that happens concerning our "economy, national security, public health and legislative issues" during Obama's term will be considered DARK SHADOWS of the Bush administration. Expect Bush to be blamed if the weather sucks in your area.

I think the point she is trying to make is that it is her fear that the Clintons will overshadow Obama. Note the title of the piece, "Bill's Shadow".  Why she chose to stick a DS reference at the end is just plain confusing IMO!!!
