The only thing that ever really scared me as a kid was a Night Gallery episode - the one where the pinchbug got in the guys ear and crawled through his brain.

I am thrilled with this TV Guide deal, though. For once a mention that features Q and not that other guy.

For me, it was when the camera panned in on the Wicked Witch's face filling the large crystal ball in The Wizard of Oz.  I thought she was going to jump right out of the old Admiral b&w TV screen and get me.  I would run and hide behind a chair until the scene was over.

Pee Wee Herman still spooks me. The creep.
I WILL be carrying my Barnabas cane tomorrow, not only because of the nagging arthritis in my knees, but for Halloweeny.
I get a kick out of these guys who think they're so clean, when all the time they're trying to cover up their dirt.

A momentary lapse in their judgment, no doubt. [hall2_wink]

Or perhaps finally the ultimate moment of clarity: the realization that DS isn't just about one particular character.  [wink2]

That's simply not possible.  Where has your mind gone?

Oh, it's more than possible.  [hall2_wink]  Quite a few people in DS fandom actually subscribe to that notion and they're not in the least bit shy about declaring themselves. Many are even members of this forum.  [hall2_smiley]

If you like DS and want to have a fun  on a Facebook page that is open to all forms of DS and doesn't allow childish behavior like some groups; come on over to DIAESD! You do have to ask to be invited and I will approve you.

Two biggest scares in my life in TV or film:  First season Star Trek, the salt vampire from "The Man Trap" and from "Charlie X", when ominpotent confused teenager Charlie, in a violent whim, is walking down a corridor and decides to make a woman's face go away.

There was also a Night Gallery involving a creature in a child's bedroom closet, but I remember almost nothing about it.
