Barnabas & Jason

I saw the scene where Jason meets Barnabas for the first time and when he introduces himself, Barnabas looks like he doesn't want to speak to him.  I was wondering if Barnabas knew all about the Liz/Jason connection from Willie (who would have told him why he was living at Collinwood as well as those living there).

We don't know exactly what Willie may or may not have told Barnabas in regards to Elizabeth and Jason, but I do think it was obvious Barnabas didn't trust Jason from where their conversation was going. Especially after Jason's line 'I hate to see crime encouraged', the expression on Barnabas' face suggested to me he thought Jason was full of crap.
