Barnabas summoned for Jury Duty

On NPR the other morning (Tues or Wed?) They had a short story about a dog being mailed a jury summons, the dog's name was Barnabas. . .lol

Pretty soon we're going to have to give Barnabas the Puppy his own Title on this forum....he's the same one who was registered to vote.

Pretty sure he lives in California.....Midnite, maybe you should try looking his owner up to see if he's a "fan"!!

I don't think it was covered by the LA Times, but you guys aroused my curiosity so I found it online.

If anybody else is interested in reading the story, here's a link.  Unfortunately, there's no mention of what inspired the Bay Area man to name his poodle (hee hee) Barnabas.

Don't have a current pic, but one of my Shelties is named Buzz and he is black and white, like Mr. Hackett's  ensemble.  He's just as wild too.

I once knew about a girl in school back in Jr. High who had a black and white cat called Barnabas after the DS charactor of the same name.
