Is there any plan to show the new version of "Dark Shadows"?

Why do I suspect the person who sent in that question was probably asking about the WB pilot and the columnist misunderstood?  :-\  But check out: Soap Talk and scroll down to the question below the Allison Sweeney portion of the article.

I share that writer's desire.  I'd very much like to see the WB DS pilot..... So we can have a Watching Project 3!!!!!!! [9251]

I'm definitely with you! I was iffy about the pilot at first, but after reading, I believe, Mysterious Benefactor's review of it on a post here, I'm anxious to see it. It sounded very well done.

I saw the pilot at one of the fests.  It would be nice to see it again.  I'd also like to know where the writers were going with the continung storyline or if they had even gotten that far.

Apparently we weren't the only ones who suspected that GW B. of Baxter, Tenn. might have been referring to the WB pilot. Check out: Soap Talk and scroll down to the question below the Michael Easton portion of the article.

I thought the pilot was okay, but it's unfinished - there are missing fx shots and backgrounds that aren't totally filled in (I recall some greenscreen shots that had no background).  Look for this pilot to be on the eventual DVD release of the Depp film, if at all.
