Hmmm you think Quentin would be homophobic?  I hate that though but probably true though. Your list is HIGHLarious I  laughed out loud when I read Joshua Collins: That Darn Cat!  Great one!  All About Eve was perfect and A Place In The Sun was fabulous as well!!

Oh, I don't think Quentin would be a homophobe - I just don't think he would be interested in a movie about two gay men falling in love. However, like many straight men, he would love girl-on-girl action! He probably subscribes to Showtime just to catch the L WORD!

Bill Malloy, the widows, Josette, and a few others would also probably have problems watching films like The Poseidon Adventure and The Perfect Storm.  Heck, even Flipper (and it was a movie first) and Beach Blanket Bingo might cause them some shudders.

Julia Hoffman - Misery (The characters seem a little too similar if you ask me.)

Willie Loomis - Jeepers Creepers  (The creeper preys on victims, taking their body parts.) or Dracula (since Renfield kinda tumbles down the stairs and...well...no one cared.)

Post-Wyndcliff Loomis - The Jacket (Mental Hospital torturing patients)

Carolyn Stoddard - Mystic River  (Party girl gets murdered)

Victoria Winters - When a Stranger Calls  (WHO was that who called asking her to check for Maggie in the graveyard?)
 
Adam - The Bride of Frankenstein  (The girl doesn't like Frankie)
