Well, somebody had to say it!  God, he was spazzing all over the place.  He needs to take some lessons from Prof. Stokes on keeping his head.  I think Adam said it best: "Willie bad!"

Well, slapping Willie's face would have been HELPFUL in this instance....but just how many times could they let one character get hit in the face in one "sequence"?

First Joe, then Adam and THEN Julia?

For a minute, I thought MAGGIE was going to smack him too!

But if anyone really did, it was probably the director for switching his jacket 3 times in the same "night"  ::)

Don'cha think they could have gotten Willie a sledgehammer? Man, that little chisel and hammer didn't look very efficient. No wonder he wasn't into the job!

Can you believe the itty bitty chisel and hammer he was using? No WONDER he didn't want to do it. Get the man a sledgehammer!

And it looked SO fake as he was a-chippin' away on the brick wall!

Almost as fake as the construction paper that covered Naomi Coillins' headstone in the mausoleum.

Amen to that!!  Willie was carrying on so much that I was waiting for Julia to grab hold of that hammer and do the job herself!  She probably could have done it faster herself anyway.  And I know if someone I loved or cared for had been behind that wall for three days, I would have been clawing at that wall brick by brick. :)

Yeah, I had a good laugh with the construction paper too!
I also had a hoot when everytime Liz/Naomi told Angelique/Cassanda "No, I don't want to Look", she would respond with "Oh, but you must!" :o  :o  :o

The thing that stands out for me about this scene (with Willie and Julia freeing Barnabas from the wall) is that Willie seems genuinely upset about Barnabas' predicament.  I thought he was still basically ticked at him but hiding it.  Must be that quasi father/son relationship kicking in.  Willie may get upset with him - especially when he's being harshly treated [argue] - but is somehow dependant on him enough to want him around.  He was getting pretty spazed about the ghosts - especially for a guy whose been living with a vampire [fangs] for the past year.  LOL!
