Set-up:   (Brace yourselves... I've definitely heard jokes with this level of bad taste here before...)
A: "...and then, well, at that point it tends to just sort of fall off, and then I guess it basically becomes your problem.   I keep a sewing kit in my nightstand just in case."

Ah, but recall that we aim for "tasteful depravity" here - not tasteless depravity.  [ghost_wink]

That being said, my perception must be muddled today because I don't see where anything about the set up is in bad taste. I can see where responses might take it there - but bad taste isn't there in and of itself. If bad taste is to be perceived, it's all in the reader's mind and not in the words of the set up...
