The world premiere of the restored "Secret Beyond the Door" (1948, starring Joan Bennett and Michael Redgrave) will be at the 12th City of Lights, City of Angels on April 18 at the Director's Guild of America on Sunset Blvd.
Details about the film and its restoration, and a movie poster:
http://www.colcoa.org/2008/films/secretbeyond.asp
Other posters are available on the web and worth checking out!
For more information about the French film festival, see
www.colcoa.org
. (The restoration was partly funded by the Franco American Cultural Fund.)

Midnite...you're good about posting these
Will you attend this?
How much is a 'special' presentation....I've never been to one.
Thanks,
Patti

Nope, I have plans already. But tickets are
only
$5 (!), plus the cost of dinner because it would be insane to try to leave there at rush hour on a Friday.
And thanks.
