Arithmetic oops?

Just noticed something, though it may have been mentioned before here. I have been watching the Collectors VHS tapes, and several times it has been stated that Collinwood has 40 rooms, with many of them closed off. In episode 87, however, Victoria begins her voice over at the start by saying that Collinwood  has 80 rooms! So either her math needs remedial training or the rooms mysteriously propagate!

LOL! We have evidence later of mysterious placeless rooms! I remember later on as well someone says that they're unsure how many rooms there are and wondered if anyone had ever counted.

Perhaps Victoria was near the end of her counting when the room in the East Wing changed, and not recognizing the PT rooms she counted them all again.

i always thought it was not known how many rooms exactly were at collinwood, and that no one has ever really counted them.

and also, Viki was an idiot and a  liar, so who really took her word for anything?
