'Miss' Hoffman really had little sympathy for him after Roger selfishly lamented that there was no one he could pin his latest hit-and-run accident on since Burke was out of town on business.

(I like Roger's face, as he sympathizes with all the townsfolk who will be deprived....!!

I just mis-read ILB's old caption, thinking she'd pictured Roger lamenting the relative lack of people to have hit-and-run accidents with, which I almost LOLed at...)
