now that the post barnabas episodes are all on dvd, isnt it time to improve the quality of the ds episode freeze frame photos being used on this board? todays picture of vicki being grabbed by the ghost of jeramiah is barely visible. can barely make out the image through all that video noise.

Our policy here is not to infringe on MPI's copyright by using screen captures from the MPI tapes or DVDs.  ;)  Most of the time Sci-Fi tapes are available to do captures. But on rare occasions something happened (power failure, cable outage, etc.) which prevented a given day's episodes from being taped, so over the air tapes from the '80s are all that's available, and unfortunately, reception sometimes varied from day to day.  :(

Also, a reason that particular image isn't as clear as it might be is that the dream effect washes out the shot.  :-

Have you asked MPI's permission to do so, maybe they'd appreciate the free marketing?
