Ds Festival In Anaheim

Kudo's to ALL of you DS fans who get to go this Summer!!!!!!!!  I am so jealous!!  I'm not going to be able to make it.  Both my husband and I would love to come.   :'(

I will be thinking of all you down there and all the actors/actresses who will be there.  All the great fun we will be missing out on. :)

I especially wanted to make an appearance so I could meet ALL  of you.  That way I could put a face to the paper .....sort of speaking.  I only live a two hour flight away.   :'(  Sooooooooo close but yet so far away !!!!!  >:(

Donna,

I guess we can both commisserate here.  I wish I could go, too, but living in the Boston area makes a trip to CA too  time-consuming and expensive right now.   :'(

But at least we can look forward all the reports and pics from the festival.  

By the way, Donna, love your groovy 60s dream curse image!!   ;D

That's for sure.  I just wish I could go.  I live ONLY!  2000 miles north of Anaheim.  If the festival was further away, I wouldn't feel as badly as I do.   :(

Wish i could go too but as Happy Bat says it is just too far and wrong timing but hope it is back in NY next year

*sets out picnic blanket and snacks for a pity party* I wish I could go, but my parents [among other people] already think I'm totally insane. Maybe I could drive out there....*cough*

I started  :'( bawling  :'( when I heard NB was going 2 b there.......she is going 2 b there, isn't she?? That's what that *stupid* SciFi commercial said....I saw Carolyn's talking head flash by when I was FFing, and I was like  ":o ;DEEE CAROLYN!" *sigh* But alas, have no way of getting there...... :-/

I will be joinging hte pity party.  LA is just too far and too expensive.  Sob., whine...  Oh well, I feel lucky that I was able to go last year.  It was an experience I will alway remember and treasue.

I'm hoping to attend.  I moved to L.A. a few months ago, but I have had no luck in finding a job, so most likely, I'll be moving back to PA.  If a job comes my way, I'll be staying on in L.A. and definitely attending.

So, if you read this, please send a few good job vibes my way! :)

I'll be joining with you Birdie. Although my reason for not going is different from everyone else's here. I just don't like flying and usually go by train when traveling. Although, maybe, if I hopped on a train tonight, I just might make it there from N.Y. just in time for the fest. ;D Anyway, Im sure you guys will have a great time! :) I'll be here waiting to look at all of Vam's great pictures! :)
