And a tasteless one at that.

OK, I'm a little confused here.  It says on the main Caption page we can put 'suggestive' captions, and I cleaned it up considerably.  Per your own words on another caption it's all in how one interprets said caption, right?   So what's the problem?  [hdscrt]

what's the problem?

Well, the problem is a simple one. The caption contains a sound alike for a word that's on the forum's censored words list. We don't allow the actual word because many people find it extremely offensive, so posting a sound alike of it wouldn't be looked upon kindly. And I beg to differ that in this case the caption is up for anyone's interpretation. As I explained in the rules topic, captioning that photo of Willie with "Willie: "Oh, yeah, Mrs.Johnson, just a little lower!" is open to interpretation because Mrs. Johnson might simply be giving Willie a really great and completely innocent foot massage. However, the word that's being sounded in the caption is quite explicit to everyone - there is only one interpretation. There is absolutely nothing left to the imagination or any ambiguity whatsoever.

Um, I thought we were supposed to NOT criticize ppl about their captions.  Isn't that what Dom said a few weeks ago?  What's the deal?
There are several posts in the thread, including my own, that were based on "tired old lame phone pranks." In fact, I believe my own reference to the "Is your refrigerator running?" gag was the first caption in the thread. My comment was as much an indictment of my own corny joke as anyone else's in the thread, hence the use of the self-inclusive word we. No one was being singled out for criticism. It had more to do with laughing at ourselves as a group. I'm sorry that you missed the humor.

Phone:  You have reached the Sheriff's office.  Jed's out looking for Eb Haskell's cow.  Clem's at the diner filling in for Maggie.  Zeke's up at Collinwood courting Mrs. Johnson.  Jake's helping Buzz fix his motorbike.  And the Sheriff's asleep, so call back later.

Vicki: "My favorite scary movie? Beach Party. How could Annette let them do that to her hair?"
