Discuss - Ep #0210

There were two portraits.  At some point (in mid to late 1969, I think), the original one was stolen.  Its whereabouts have never been determined.

The second one was used in hoDS, hung in Dan Curtis' office for many years, and is the one that was auctioned at the Festival last August.

Thanks! I knew about the two different portraits, I was just thinking that portrait looked somewhat smaller to me here than later. This being the later stolen portrait. Perhaps it's just hung higher on the wall. It just looked different.

No one to this day knows the whereabouts of the original portrait? Man. What a mystery. No clues? How does one sneak something like that out of a studio atmosphere?
