Thanks for posting this, Julia99.   I never met Craig Hamrick, but I like Michael Korda's writing, and the fact that Craig encouraged him just adds to the huge list of good things Craig did.

Thank you very much, Julia 99 and Midnight, for posting those obituaries.  I only had the briefest encounters with Craig at the Fests, but I have to second all the lovely comments that were made before his passing. (I haven't been on line regularly since he died, so have yet to visit that thread on this board.)

I'd like to make a small correction here. I may be retired, but I guess the librarian in me is still alive and well. ^-^

It appears from the website that sitcomboy is Michael Karol, not Michael Korda.
